Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy services, including assessment, consultation, treatment, and follow-up for SCIENCED Athletics clients.
  • Maintain professional standards and adhere to the guidelines of the College of Physical Therapists of BC.
  • Maintain accurate and complete client records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other practitioners at SCIENCED Athletics to ensure integrated and effective client care.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and discussions on best practices for integrating sport science into physiotherapy.
  • Contribute to program development, such as concussion management, athlete screening, and post-surgical rehabilitation protocols, where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of BC.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing physiotherapist, ideally working with a diverse client base or in high-performance sport settings.
  • Additional certifications (considered an asset but not required):
    • Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) Certification
    • Willingness to integrate sport science technology into clinical practice
