SMALL BUT MIGHTY GROUPS
Join a crew of no more than 6 kids — we keep it small so everyone gets the spotlight, but big enough to keep the energy pumping. Together, you’ll embark on a 12-week adventure to level up skills step by step. |

INITIAL COMBINE ASSESSMENT
We kick off with a comprehensive combine evaluation (which we repeat in Week 12). We’ll measure your child’s athletic abilities through a full movement screen:
Jumping power and explosiveness (using in-house force plates)
Sprint speed at 5m and 10m (timed with precision gates)
Agility and quick direction changes
Overall movement skills and coordination
Upper body strength

PEAK HEIGHT VELOCITY (PHV) ANALYSIS
This should come as no surprise, but SCIENCED Athletics is powered by science.
Our YouthSport program uses the expert-backed LTAD model to map your child's growth spurts and Peak Height Velocity (PHV) during the crucial 11-15 age range.
By tracking your child’s PHV, we can:
Adjust their training to boost performance and dodge injuries
Build a solid foundation of strength and power
Introduce effective resistance and speed training
Give your young athlete the right challenge at the right time

PERSONALIZED REPORT
Within two weeks, you'll get a detailed report of your child’s abilities. We break down their Combine results and growth stage in easy-to-understand terms. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of their strengths and areas for growth.

We adjust training to your child's growth stage:
Pre-Growth Spurt: Master fundamental skills (jumping, hopping, catching, throwing) Mid-Growth Spurt: Build stamina and aerobic speed Post-Growth Spurt: Ramp up to structured, advanced strength training Our experienced coaches know how to integrate the data into an actionable program that actually gets you to your goals. Metrics don’t make the athlete. We do. |

EXTRA CREDIT WHERE IT COUNTS
Your athlete's growth doesn't stop when the sessions end. Get a personalized homework program for extra practice (homework they’ll actually want to do!) Our coaches are always on call for questions and progress updates.
