SMALL GROUP FORMATION

We cap our small groups at 6 members. That way, you’re seen by the coach and supported by the crew. It’s the best of both worlds — you’re never alone but won’t get lost in the crowd.

INITIAL COMBINE ASSESSMENT

We begin with a full movement screen. Our coaches will test your aerobic fitness, strength, core stability, and overall movement quality. If we spot any asymmetries or weak spots, we’ll note them.

SEMI-INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING

You’ll never find a cookie-cutter workout at SCIENCED Athletics. We shape each program around the strengths and weaknesses that the combine test uncovers. Both for the group and you.

PERSONALIZED CORRECTIVE BLOCKS

Personalized corrective blocks

Then we use our high-tech gear to measure every twitch and torque with precision.

PROGRESSIVE 12-WEEK STRUCTURE

Our 12-week program is split into two blocks*:

We want well-rounded results. That’s why we incorporate all aspects of athletic development, including:

  1. Foundation and Growth (Weeks 1–5) Focuses on bringing everyone to a similar baseline.
  2. Peak Performance (Weeks 7–12) Ramps up the intensity and pushes you towards specific goals.

* Between these phases, Week 6 serves as a Deload Week for you to catch your breath and get ready for the final push.
