Small Group Training (SGT) is a 12-week strength & conditioning program that provides you with the opportunity to set personal goals, choose your training frequency and challenge your health and fitness.

The SCIECNED Atheltics Small Group Training program is a motivating small group environment with 3-6 adults in each group. Coaches provide individualized support to each participant, with the focus on building whole-body strength, cardiovascular endurance, movement efficiency, flexibility and having fun in the process.
Payment in full is required prior to the first session.
Program registration is based on a first come first serve basis. Waitlist available.
