Training Packages – What’s the Difference?
Personal Training
Personal training packages are designed for general fitness and training. Programs are built out for the days in which you are training in person with your coach at SCIENCED Athletics.
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning packages involve more in-depth programming periodized and built out for several days a week and over a number of weeks. Strength and conditioning programming involves the understanding of health and sport specific needs informed through testing and as such programs may target specific capacities and qualities progressively at different times of the year.
Performance & Active Rehabilitation
Performance & Active rehabilitation is in depth and specific to recovery from injury. Your coach will liaise with and develop your program in conjunction with your therapist and / or medical team and can be covered through extended benefits. Programs are built out over several weeks and follow progressive development of injury specific capacities post injury.
